Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of services provided by Mechandor Labs LLC. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Scope of Services

Robotics software development and technical advisory
Development of non-safety-critical control software and algorithms
Prototyping and testing solutions
Creation of internal software tools and modules
Maintenance and improvement of software components

Limitations

The Company does not manufacture hardware, operate infrastructure, or provide regulated or safety-critical systems. All software delivered is explicitly non-safety-critical. Clients are solely responsible for ensuring appropriate use of delivered software within their own systems.

Project-Based Engagement

All services are delivered on a project-based basis as defined in individual service agreements or statements of work.

Intellectual Property

Ownership of developed software components is defined per project agreement. Unless otherwise specified in writing, custom-developed modules delivered to the client become the client's property upon full payment.

Liability

Mechandor Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered software. Total liability is limited to the value of the specific project engagement.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction of the Company's registration. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation prior to any formal proceedings.

Refund Policy

Mechandor Labs LLC delivers software development and technical advisory services on a project-based basis. Due to the nature of professional services, the following refund policy applies.

General Policy

As our services involve the investment of engineering time, expertise, and resources, completed work is generally non-refundable. Each project engagement is governed by a specific agreement that outlines payment milestones and deliverables.

Milestone-Based Projects

Payments made for completed and delivered milestones are non-refundable
If a project is cancelled before a milestone is delivered, a partial refund may be issued proportional to the undelivered work
Refund eligibility is assessed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the project agreement

Disputes & Revisions

If delivered work does not meet the agreed specifications, the Company will first attempt to resolve the issue through revisions or corrections at no additional cost.

Completed software modules and deliverables
Technical advisory and consultation sessions
Prototyping and testing work that has been executed
